Buck Danyow Buck and Lucy Danyow are the backbone and founders of the company, it was their dream that brought us all to where we are today. Their hard work and visions back in the 1950s are still around and living today, and servicing the good people of the area. Buck still keeps an eye on all operations and keeps us all on our toes. Jim Buck and Lucy's three sons, Jim, Larry, and John, each carry on their own aspects of the company, from the business and financial end, to the bidding, layouts and design of the jobs, right down to the dirt work.  
  Bucky Danyow, grandson of Buck and Lucy, has been with the company since his high school years. He is our all around guy from the job site work to truck and equipment maintenance, to overseeing the pit operations, in the winter he is big in the snowplowing dept and dispatching. Bucky
Joyce Joyce DeGray has been with the company since 1985. For over 25 years, Joyce has been managing the office. She handles all the accounts receivable invoicing and the payroll, along with many other tasks for the company.  
  Chet Jewell started with CCCI back in 1984 and has also been here for over 25 years. Chet is one of our heavy equipment haulers and all around truck driver, from dumps to flatbeds to detach trailers. Chet
Alaric Alaric Bourgeous joined the CCCI team in 2006, he is also a heavy equipment hauler, truck driver and equipment operator. Alaric also handles the truck maintenance and some welding and fabrication work.  
  Niall Buxton also came on board in 2006, as our in-house civil engineer. He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Glasgow, in Scotland. Niall is involved in all of the bidding and layouts for the projects, and the coordination of much of the site work. Niall

Pam Spaulding joined the team in 2008. As an administrative assistant, she handles the accounts payable, some accounts receivable, fleet management, and quarterly taxes, among other tasks. She is also the contact person for the website.
 

 
  Pete Parent has been with us since 1994, he is in charge of the loading end of the gravel pit on Case Street. Pete smoothly handles the product being sold and transported from the pit to various job sites, and the weighing in of all trucks, along with private sales of products being picked up there.
 
 
Al Al Highter rejoined CCCI in 2005, after having previously been with us. He works as an equipment operator on the job site work and handles many of the small projects on his own. He usually has Marty Manning along with him, who also operates some of the equipment on site and is our all around guy, who always has a smile on his face.

  Bob Bush is our in-house safety director, he handles all of our safety and compliance issues, including driver drug testing and all MSHA safety issues at the gravel pit. He has been with the company since 2000.
 
 
  The friendly drivers you will see behind the wheel of our dump trucks all about town, will be Oscar Gendron, Ralph Hayes, Brian Sherwin, Jim Smith or Luke Jerome.
 
 
  Behind the scenes, in our gravel pit operation, we have Dana Bedard, Sean Davio, Al Cobb, Glen Manning and Fred Hotte, these guys work to keep the gravel products flowing and the supply replenished.
